MEET HANNAH

Having completed her undergraduate degrees in both Foreign Languages and Linguistics, Hannah will also complete her Master's Degree in International Education Policy and Management as well as two graduate certifications in both Global Health and Latin American and Caribbean Studies at Vanderbilt University this May.

She is currently working as a second-grade teacher and an international education consultant. She recently completed a scholastic fellowship at Columbia University, during which she consulted the Bill and Melinda Gate’s Foundation in helping minority communities across the U.S. raise educational outcomes.

Because Hannah cares about helping under-served communities receive an equitable educational experience, she started her program Equal Chances for an Equal Future in collaboration with the Salvation Army. Through this program, she is determined to empower underserved students and get school supplies to schools in need across the U.S. and the globe as one way to equal the playing field in unequal education systems.

FUN FACTS

  • Hannah’s a multi-linguist. She speaks a language from every continent!

  • Hannah is committed to helping people locally and globally. She once received the Good Citizenship Medal from the Daughters of the American Revolution.
