Saturday September 1, 2007 Rachel, Riyo and Hilary attend the afternoon panel discussion on Philanthropy to learn from several organizations about their platforms on helping children and families in need throughout the world.
	Rachel meets with one of her journalistic idols, Joan Lunden. She also speaks with Stephan Bognar, Executive Director of the Cambodia-based "Maddox Jolie-Pitt Foundation"
	Rachel talks with Leigh Blake of the "Keep a Child Alive Foundation," which provides medicine to children and families in need.
	The Black-Tie Gala at Palacio de Congresos is attended by hundreds of international press members as Hilary, Riyo and Rachel make their way down the line and give interviews.

	When asked if she would interview a couple of celebrity guests for the Summit, Rachel used her journalism skills. Here, she is with the event's host and philanthropic chair of the weekend, Eva Longoria.
	Representing her own "Hawn Foundation," Goldie Hawn discusses how the foundation is dedicated to supporting children by advancing mindful training in educational, healthcare and community-based settings.
	Fran Drescher's "Cancer Schmancer Movement" was developed after she was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer. As a survivor and a healthcare advocate, Fran explains to Rachel how women need to "take control of their own bodies."
	As the official correspondent for the event, Rachel interviews Paris Hilton.
	At the Gala, musical and dance performances were given by RyanDan, Chaka Kahn, Sheila E and many more. The girls introduced the Gypsy Kings' performance on stage.
