Friday August 3, 2007 Saneita Been, Miss Turks & Caicos 2007, hosted Rachel and Katie's day around the island along with guide, driver and new friend Mr. Odlee.
	Rachel searches for the right Conch shell during her trip to the world's only Conch (pronounced "Conk") farm and is one of the islands' claims to fame.
	Rachel and Katie meet two of the oldest Conch at the farm. Here with "Jerry", the ladies learn the farming process of the islands' favorite dish.
	She didn't have to catch her own lunch, but Rachel participated in the process of how Conch is caught, pulled from shell and cooked.
	The Conch is known to be high in protein; especially a part nick-named "the pistol." Seneita shows Rachel how local islanders do it.
