A one night room and tax deposit is required at time of reservation. If reservation is cancelled up to 48-hours prior to day of arrival, deposit will be refunded. Obtain a cancellation number for your records.

| Cut-off Date: |
A limited amount of rooms are available in the block and is based on first come first serve. Should the block fill prior to the cut-off date and we are unable to extend any additional rooms at this rate, the prevailing rate will be quoted. |
| Early Departure Fee: |
Should the reservation departure date change once the guest has checked in, there will be an early departure fee of $50.00 charged per room. |

3:00 pm (If arriving prior to 3 pm and accommodations are not ready, please check luggage at bell desk.) |
| Check-out Time: |
11:00 am (Late departure requests can be made to the front desk on day of departure. Depending on expected arrivals the request may or may not be able to be extended and some extensions may incur additional fees.) |
