What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
When I was a senior in high school, my friends and I wanted to play a senior prank. Our biggest rival was a school which many of our friends attended. The night before their homecomming football game, they all spent the night at one house. In the middle of the night, my friends and I painted the cars our school colors, Saran wrapped all of their cars together, and sprayed Silly String all over the cars. The next morning, they had to drive to school with OUR school colors before they could wash their cars!

What are your strongest talents?
The ability to communicate and build relationships are my strongest talents. I am a very personable person who makes friends despite the location. Being down-to-earth makes me very approachable to any age. I do not find satisfaction in only having surface relationships and conversations. People tend to feel relaxed when talking to me because of my ability to communicate with diverse people in any situation.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a State Titleholder) that makes you especially proud.
When I was younger I had a speech impediment that made me very self-conscious. I had a stuttering problem and could not pronounce many letters. I became very quiet and shy. As I matured, I learned to pronouce all of my letters and my stuttering lessened. Still, I was not confident in speaking in front of a large group. I had a passion for speaking, but was too afraid people would criticize me. By competing in pageants, I gained self-confidence in speaking in front of large groups of people. Attaining self-confidence and a love of self is something I highly support through speaking with teens. I am very proud of myself for not letting my speech impediment influence my passion for speaking.

What is the most important thing you want the judges to know about you?
I want the job of Miss USA. The issues that Miss USA addresses concern me more than the actual title of being Miss USA. I am a very passionate person. I completely engage myself into the activity, issue, or cause I am doing or supporting. I am also a very personable person. I love getting to know people and getting past just surface relationships. Also, because America is called the "melting-pot", I believe I represent everyone because of my diverse background.
