What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
On a winter afternoon in Maine, I took a plunge into the 33-degree Atlantic Ocean! No, I am not crazy, but after being fully submerged in the water, I was questioning my sanity. There was a purpose for my momentary lapse in judgment; it was, after all, for a good cause. Now, where this may have been the craziest thing I have ever done and is at the top of my list for exhilarating, yet painful, at the end of day we raised over $15,000 for Camp Sunshine!

My ability to work well under pressure, my public speaking skills and the dedication I put forth in everything that I do; which makes me the perfect candidate for Miss USA 2008!

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a State Titleholder) that makes you especially proud.
I am most proud of the woman I have become in life. I am a very confident, strong, driven and independent individual; I believe in myself and never let anything get in the way of the goals I set. I have learned that with dedication and perseverance I will always succeed.

What is the most important thing you want the judges to know about you?
I am living in the here and now; I am prepared to be Miss USA 2008. I too, like the last three Miss USA titleholders, had the opportunity to represent my state at the Miss Teen USA pageant, which gives me direct experience. I also possess the qualities necessary to be an effective national titleholder; I am confident, motivated and charismatic. These make me extremely qualified for the job and should move me on the top of your list.
