What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
I competed in a triathlon after learning how to swim just six weeks prior. Swimming was a challenge for me in a pool, so adding the pressures of swimming in a lake, alongside hundreds of other people was a huge challenge. I finished strong and felt a great sense of accomplishment!

What are your strongest talents?
Academics (My lowest grade in college is one pesky A-), telling stories using the media of video and television, classical ballet, public speaking, and organizing large projects for charity.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a State Titleholder) that makes you especially proud.
I'm especially proud of the breast cancer awareness license plate I created for my state (http://idahoaware.webng.com/). The pink ribbon license plate says "Early Detection Saves Lives," so that Idaho's drivers will be reminded to go in for life-saving mammograms. 25 dollars of every 35 dollar license plate goes towards the cost of mammograms for Idaho's uninsured women. It took a lot of hard work lobbying Idaho's Congress, raising thousands of dollars to get the plate started, and working with the transportation department to get the project off the ground. Seeing those pink ribbon license plates as I drive around the state makes it all worth it. The plate has raised about $3,500 for mammograms since it was released in October.

What is the most important thing you want the judges to know about you?
I want the judges to know that I'm ready to be Miss USA. As a college-educated, goal-oriented, and articulate woman, I'm already serving as a role model. Through my work with breast cancer awareness, I have gained ample experience promoting important charities. I'm excited and prepared to share the messages of the Miss Universe Organization on a national, and even international level.
